Sam Brown

Sam Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Recruitment Student Associate at the University of Montana. In 2016, they joined Easy Media™ as a Social Media and Reputation Specialist until 2017. In 2017, they started working at Rent. and held various positions including Client Services Assistant Team Lead, Client Services Manager, and currently, Product Operations Manager.

Sam Brown obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Montana, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Sam also obtained two certifications: Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in August 2020, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in March 2021.
