Sally Beran has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Sally currently holds the position of VP - Human Resources at Renters Warehouse, starting in November 2021. At Smiths Medical, they served as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources from July 2003 to April 2004 and as the Human Resources Director from April 2000 to July 2003. During their tenure at Guaranty Bank/Best Bank, Sally held various positions, including Vice President of Human Resources from October 1995 to March 2000. In this role, they managed the HR function for over 1,100 employees across multiple companies, overseeing recruitment, HRIS, compliance, employee relations, and branch acquisition.

Sally Beran started their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Sally attended the university from 1981 to 1985.
In 2012 to 2013, Sally pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at Marquette University, although no field of study is specified for this degree.
