Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutrióloga in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana's educational background consists of a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
