Tyson Jones

Tyson Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tyson is currently working as the Head of Support at RentRedi, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, Tyson worked at Corpay One as a Customer Experience Manager from May 2021 to March 2023. Before that, they were a Customer Operations Analyst and later a Customer Support Representative at brightwheel from August 2017 to May 2021. Tyson also worked as a Partner at Pro-Accountant Plus from August 2014 to October 2018. Tyson has held various roles in customer support and technical support at companies such as SamCart, LLC, ShopKeep, and Tac-One Security Incorporated. Tyson began their career as a Sales Associate at Eddie Bauer in August 2012. Additionally, Tyson has experience in promotional event management as a Promotional Ambassador at Starboard Cruise Services from August 2013 to February 2014.

Tyson Jones completed their education in a chronological order. Tyson first attended Hanford High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Diploma with a focus on General Studies. Following that, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an Associates Degree in General studies at Columbia Basin College. Tyson then went on to enroll at Portland State University, where they studied Speech and Hearing Science from 2011 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. In addition to their formal education, Tyson also obtained an Intercom Conversational Support Team Certificate from Intercom in March 2021.
