William Leavitt

William Leavitt currently serves as the General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer at J.J. Taylor Companies, Inc. since August 2024. Previously, William held the position of General Counsel at Renuity from August 2022 to August 2024. William has extensive legal and administrative experience, having served as General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary at TSS from May 2018 to December 2021, as well as Vice President of Finance at Bounty Minerals for a brief period in 2018. Additionally, William has been involved in strategic planning at FTS International and has a background in corporate law from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, covering M&A financing, IPOs, and corporate lending. William's educational credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School, a JD from Columbia Law School, an LL.M. from King's College London, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
