Arpan Dalal

Arpan has over 20 years of experience in design and development of technology products, improving processes to drive quality, efficiency, and scaling engineering teams at startups as well as mid-size and large companies. Previously, Arpan held leadership roles at ZapLabs, a real estate innovation hub within Realogy, a fortune 500 company. Before that, he led an engineering team building one of the largest repositories of leading indicators for accidents and injuries in the workplace at DBO2 (sold to Industrial Scientific). Arpan is a mentor on Plato, a community of Engineering and Product leaders.
