Executive Director, Clinical Pharmacology And Toxicology at Repare Therapeutics

Adrian Fretland has vast work experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and research. Adrian is currently serving as the Executive Director of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology at Repare Therapeutics since July 2021. Before that, they worked as the Senior Director of Nonclinical Development at the same company from April 2020 to July 2021.

Prior to their role at Repare Therapeutics, Adrian worked at AstraZeneca as the Director of Oncology DMPK from January 2018 to March 2020 and as the Associate Director of DMPK Oncology from May 2015 to December 2017.

Adrian also held positions at the University of Louisville as the Adjunct Assistant Professor from March 2012 to March 2017, Eli Lilly and Company as a Research Advisor from January 2013 to May 2015, Hoffmann-LaRoche as a Senior Principal Scientist from September 2009 to December 2012, F. Hoffmann-LaRoche as a Senior Principal Scientist from September 2011 to February 2012, Roche - Palo Alto as a Research Leader from June 2006 to September 2009, Amgen - Thousand Oaks as a Senior Scientist from May 2004 to May 2006, and the University of California, Los Angeles as a Post Graduate Researcher from October 2002 to April 2004.

Adrian started their career as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Oregon Health and Sciences University from January 2002 to August 2002. Throughout their career, Adrian has gained extensive experience in areas such as clinical pharmacology, toxicology, drug metabolism, and drug development.

Adrian Fretland received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (B.S.AT) from the University of North Dakota from 1990 to 1995. Following this, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences. Adrian then furthered their education at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmacology and Toxicology from 1997 to 2000.
