Michelle Sullivan

Michelle Sullivan, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Repare Therapeutics since September 2022. Previously, Michelle worked at Accenture as a Business & Technology Delivery Specialist, where responsibilities included consulting on HCM implementations and optimizing HR processes. Michelle's experience also includes key roles such as HCM Consultant at Workforce Insight, Director of HR/HRIS at Grand Circle Corporation, and various positions in HR coordination and management across multiple organizations, including Cosi and Barkan Management Co., Inc. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with prior studies at Salem State University and Stonehill College.
