Sunantha Sethuraman

Sunantha Sethuraman is a Principal Scientist in Clinical Bioinformatics at Repare Therapeutics since November 2021, leading bioinformatics efforts for the clinical-stage asset lunresertib, a first-in-class PKMYT1 inhibitor. Prior to this role, Sunantha served as a Senior Scientist I in Computational Oncology at AbbVie, where responsibilities included leading bioinformatics for oncology discovery programs and developing models for biomarker discovery. Experience also includes a postdoctoral position at Washington University School of Medicine, focusing on integrative omics analysis, as well as earlier research roles at the University of Florida, which involved epigenomics and miRNA regulation studies. Sunantha holds a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Anna University Chennai.
