Bikram Sapra

Bikram Sapra has over 30 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Bikram began their career in 1981 as a Senior System Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. Bikram then worked as a Manager, Projects at NIIT Limited from 1986 to 1987. Bikram returned to Tata Consultancy Services in 1987 where they held the role of Project Manager for several IT application development projects for US-based clients in the Education and Financial Services sectors. In 1990, they joined Silverline Technologies Limited as Vice President of Operations and Delivery, where they established dedicated offshore dev/support teams and managed a P&L portfolio of $25 Million. From 1999 to 2001, Bikram Sapra worked as an Independent Contractor at Tipu Technologies LLC. Bikram then joined Merrill Lynch as Vice President of Corporate Technology Group, where they were responsible for IT Strategy Development and Implementation. In 2005, Bikram Sapra joined Citi as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology, where they managed enterprise-wide programs to significantly enhance Citi's IT Delivery capabilities. Finally, they joined Repechage in 2012 as Director of Tech. Strategy and Business Channel Dev., where they were responsible for growing the business overseas and optimizing business operations through digital transformation.

Bikram Sapra received a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University between 1976 and 1979. Bikram then went on to pursue a M.B.A. in Marketing and Information Systems at the R. A. Podar Institute of Management between 1979 and 1981. Bikram also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the R. A. Podar Institute of Management, with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
