Zach Heaberlin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2006, they started their career at Publix Super Markets as a Cashier Customer service associate, where they excelled in managing cashier teams and maintaining store inventory. From 2011 to 2012, Zach worked as a City Apprentice at the Center for Student Mission, facilitating and coaching small groups of students and interning at the Houston Food Bank. In 2012, they joined Heights Vinyl as a Lead Buyer, overseeing purchasing operations until 2014. From 2013 to 2018, Zach worked at Paper Co. Cafe, starting as an Assistant Manager and later becoming the General Manager. In 2018, they joined Lyft as a Customer Service Associate and eventually progressed to the role of Senior Customer Service Associate. Currently, Zach works at Reperio Health, starting in 2023, first as a Customer Experience Agent and later as the Customer Experience Team Lead.

Zach Heaberlin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work at Trevecca Nazarene University from 2007 to 2011. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in Jira Service Management Fundamentals from Atlassian.
