Mark Croghan

Mark Croghan has over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Mark is currently serving as the Group CFO of Rephine since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Concrene Limited in 2019, a nanotechnology business focused on reducing greenhouse emissions from concrete production. Mark also worked as the Interim CFO SaaS at BibliU in 2021.

From 2015 to 2017, Mark was the CFO of Make It Cheaper, a company that offers energy, insurance, and telecommunication deals for SMEs. Before that, they worked as an Independent CFO, M&A, and investment professional for a variety of growth businesses, as well as a Finance commercial adviser and investor at VENNCOMM.

Mark has held CFO positions at Aegate, Acorn Education and Care, Gorkana, and Park Communications Ltd. Mark played a key role in transforming Durrants into a digital information business, leading to a successful exit and rebranding as Gorkana in 2006. Mark has extensive experience in the UK business sector and has worked on various investments and advisory projects in SMEs and early-stage businesses.

Mark Croghan has a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge. Mark also has a background in Accounting and Finance from ICAEW.
