Connor Goulding began their career in 2004 as a Senior Software Developer at DeCare Systems Ireland, where they were involved in the development of a suite of dental applications for a large insurance provider in the U.S. replacing a legacy Mainframe system. In 2008, they took on a Contract Senior Software Developer role at Fairfax Digital. Connor then returned to DeCare Systems Ireland in 2009 as a Contract Senior Software Developer, where they maintained and enhanced an existing suite of dental applications. In 2013, they became a Senior Software Engineer at VCE, the Virtual Computing Environment Company, where they led scrum teams with the core responsibility of adding monitoring support of emerging hardware technologies. In 2016, they took on the role of Principal Software Engineer at Dell EMC. In 2017, they became a Senior Software Developer at Poppulo (formerly Newsweaver), where they worked on the Analytics team to enable customers get insight into their employee engagement. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Senior Software Engineer at Replan, where they help clients transform and automate critical business processes with a focus on revenue, efficiency, customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Connor Goulding received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Lismore C.B.S. from 1994 to 2000. In addition, they hold three certifications: a Certified Project Management Diploma - IPMA Level D from the Institute of Project Management Ireland obtained in May 2013, a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance obtained in November 2013, and an Occupational First Aid - FETAC Level 5 from FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) obtained in October 2013.
