James C.

James C. has worked in the field of user experience design for over a decade. James began their career in 2008 as the Lead Graphic and Website Designer for both Jobs.co.za and bidorbuy.co.za. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior Design and Digital Strategies at theProject. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Striata as a Global Creative & UX Specialist, where they were responsible for email design and development, standards compliance, project management, product ownership, new tech research and development, lead interface design, creative lead, UX architecture and analysis, interaction design, information architecture, Javascript development, and responsive interface development. In 2020, they joined Replan as the Lead User Experience Designer.

James C. obtained a Technical Matric from Bedfordview High between 1990 and 1995. James then attended Damelin from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a PC Engineering degree and a Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019 and 2020, they obtained several certifications from Udemy, including UX & Web Design Master Course - Strategy, Design & Development, Adobe XD Design & Prototyping, DESIGN RULES: Principles & Practices for Great UI Design, Information Architecture Fundamentals, Complete Application Design, UX Strategy Fundamentals, and User Experience Design Fundamentals.
