Lauren Massey has a wealth of experience in the digital marketing and client services space. Lauren began their career in 2011 as a Public Relations Intern at Truman State University. In 2012, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Senior Delivery Consultant. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at EVERSANA INTOUCH as an Account Supervisor, where they contributed to the development of multi-channel digital strategies as AOR for client and established and tracked against KPIs for multi-channel digital campaigns.
