Hugo Lau

Hugo Lau is an experienced professional in customer success and client strategy, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Replicant since May 2024. Previously, Hugo held senior roles at Attentive, including Senior Director and Director of Client Strategy from May 2020 to January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Success Director for Strategic & Enterprise at Demandbase from January 2016 to April 2020, and Senior Manager of Account Management at Mimeo.com from 2011 to 2015. Hugo began a career in project management at Starcut USA from 2008 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a B.B.A in Advertising & Marketing Communications from Baruch College.
