Mike Weaver

Mike Weaver has extensive work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Mike is currently the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Replicant since May 2023. Before that, they worked at Invoca from 2015 to 2023, holding various positions such as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Engineering, and Senior Director of Engineering. At Invoca, they contributed to general business and product strategy, oversaw software development teams, and implemented process improvements using DevOps principles. Prior to Invoca, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at cielo24 from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for all aspects of product development for a video transcription and tagging SaaS application. Mike also held the role of Senior Manager at Citrix Online from 2010 to 2013, leading teams responsible for architecture, development, and operation of major projects. Mike began their career as a Software Development Manager at Celerus Diagnostics from 2006 to 2010, overseeing the development of an instrument for testing tissue samples for cancer. Mike started their professional journey as a Senior Software Engineer at CrystalVoice Communications and later worked as a Software Engineer at ABC-CLIO.

Mike Weaver attended UC Santa Barbara from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
