Dean R.

Dean R. has a strong work experience spanning several roles and companies. Dean started their career as a Senior Design Engineer at Crane Process Flow Technologies Ltd, where they conducted detailed mechanical design work and contributed to product development. Dean then moved on to become an Engineering Manager, responsible for planning and organizing research and development projects. After that, Dean joined Aquasyn LLC as an Operations Manager, where they improved operational systems and oversaw manufacturing processes. Dean later became the General Manager, overseeing daily business activities and developing strategic plans. Currently, Dean is the Managing Member of Aquasyn LLC. Dean also has experience as the Vice President of Operations at Repligen Corporation and as the Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer at ARTeSYN Biosolutions.

Dean R. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of South Wales from 1998 to 2001. Dean then pursued a Master of Business Operations (MBA) Global degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same university from 2002 to 2005.
