Annalise Coughlan Margherita

Annalise Coughlan has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011. Annalise started as an intern at The Links at Gettysburg, where they edited event timelines and detail sheets, and met with vendors for weddings. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Standards and Ethics for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, where they were responsible for recognizing and discussing intolerable behavior with members. In 2013, they became an Exclusive Resorts Concierge and Concierge at Montage Deer Valley, where they managed five residences and provided knowledgeable information to guests. In 2015, they joined Destination Services Corporation (DSC) as an Event & Sales Coordinator, assisting managers with client proposals and providing relationship management support. In 2016, they moved to PRA Business Events as Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, generating lead opportunities to all PRA's destinations and working with corporate clients. In 2021, Annalise joined POWDR as a Sr. Partnerships Coordinator and ACCESS DMC as a Utah Regional Sales Manager. Most recently, they began working as an Account Manager at Reposite in 2022.

Annalise Coughlan (Margherita) has a diverse educational background. Annalise began their education in 2009 at Gettysburg College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Organizational Management in 2013. In 2012, they also attended the University of Melbourne for a semester toward a B.A. in General. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, with an expected graduation date of 2023.
