Jr Edwards

JR Edwards, CISSP, has extensive work experience in the field of information security. JR is currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Reprise, where they are responsible for identifying risks, developing risk mitigation plans, and overseeing security operations. Prior to their current role, JR worked as a Cyber Security Leader at Anaplan, where they developed and enforced a three-year security roadmap and provided operational support for the Security Operations Center. JR also held the position of Principal Security Engineer at Blue Shield of California, where they created security policies and managed incident response. Earlier in their career, JR worked as an Information Security Engineer at Longs Drugs and as a Sr. UNIX Administrator at Bank of America (Contractor). JR began their career at Wells Fargo, progressing through various positions to become an Information Security Analyst.

JR Edwards, CISSP attended President's College from 1988 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as CCSP in April 2018 and CISSP in June 2017 from (ISC)².
