Simon Kununka

Simon Kununka is a seasoned health informatics professional with extensive experience in various consulting roles since 2015. Currently serving as a DHIS2 development consultant at HISP Uganda, Simon contributes to COVID support for the government of Uganda and has developed a nutritional information system application for UNICEF in Botswana. Additionally, Simon holds consultant positions with the National Identification and Registration Authority and the World Health Organization, focusing on the integration of ICD11 into Uganda's national health management information system. As the technical lead consultant at Reproductive Health Uganda, Simon leverages a solid educational background that includes a Master's degree in Health Informatics, a postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
