Vincent Riedweg

Vincent RIEDWEG is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and BMC software solutions. Currently serving as a System Engineer at the Office cantonal des systèmes d'information et du numérique (OCSIN) since August 2014, Vincent oversees various products including BMC Atrium CMDB and BMC Remedy ITSM, while also implementing ITIL v3 processes. Previously, from April 2011 to July 2014, Vincent worked as a Senior Consultant at BMC Software, focusing on performance and tuning for BMC technologies. Earlier roles include Technical Referent/Architect at Artesys International and Naviline/Artesys, where Vincent specialized in IT service management and BMC solutions. Vincent also has experience from a brief internship at EPFL in 1998.
