Rebecca Roll has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rebecca is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Republic Brands since June 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Natural American Spirit at Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company from June 2020 to June 2022.

From 2018 to 2020, Rebecca worked at GHT LLC, where they held the position of Chief Commercial Officer from March 2019 to May 2020, and previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer from July 2018 to March 2019.

Rebecca started their career at Fleet Laboratories as an Associate Product Manager from June 2006 to November 2008. Before entering the corporate world, Rebecca worked as a High School English Teacher at Sidney City Schools and Kettering City Schools from 2000 to 2004.

Rebecca holds a Sales and Marketing Associate role at the University of Dayton's Hospitality and Conferences department from May 1997 to August 2000.

Rebecca Roll pursued their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Dayton from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they studied a combination of education, English, and history. Rebecca later continued their education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Consulting from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
