Sean Pepper has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Sean worked at Republic Indemnity as the Senior Vice President Home Office Underwriting and Chief Underwriting Officer, as well as the Senior Vice President Underwriting Operations. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of the Northern California Division, where they were responsible for managing and directing the division and its underwriting, premium audit, and loss prevention teams. Before joining Republic Indemnity, Sean worked at CompWest Insurance as the Director of Underwriting Operations, where they managed the underwriting department and was involved in the company's strategy planning and development. Sean also worked at Tanner Insurance Brokers as an Account Manager, providing support for a large captive in a fast-paced environment. Sean began their career at Liberty Mutual as an Underwriter, where they consulted with sales representatives and managed a portfolio of workers' compensation and small package business accounts.
Sean Pepper completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Chico, graduating in 1998. Sean attended the university for a period of five years, from 1993 to 1998.
