Tatjana Green

Tatjana Green is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing operations at Republic National Distributing Company since April 2022. With a strong background in managing change and transformation, Tatjana is a key member of the RNDC Change Council. Prior to this role, Tatjana served as Vice President of Operations at Heritage Wine Cellars, where significant contributions included the implementation of organizational changes and the establishment of a new distribution center. Tatjana also led a project for ERP conversion during the Covid-19 pandemic, directing a remote team to enhance operational efficiency. Tatjana's earlier career includes positions in marketing and sales with companies such as BIODROGA GMBH, Shiseido, Revlon, CHANEL, and Bayer. Tatjana holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication Sciences from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
