Rebecca Priddy

Rebecca Priddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, strategic services, and customer experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategic Services in Environmental Solutions and Learning and Development at Republic Services, Rebecca previously held a Learning Manager position at Samsung Electronics America, where responsibilities included driving strategic learning initiatives and aligning programs with business needs. At Humana, Rebecca contributed as a Senior Learning Consultant, developing initiatives to enhance organizational competencies for over 800 personnel. Additional experience includes the role of Technology Program Manager at Jefferson County Public Schools and a Sr. Customer Service Representative at Century Lending Company, along with foundational work as a Flight Operations Executive Assistant at UPS. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Master of Health Science from Bellarmine University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville.
