Richard Kang

Richard Kang is SVP, Operations, Environmental Solutions. He leads the Environmental Solutions Areas, which include the Atlantic, Central, Gulf and Pacific.

Rich is responsible for ensuring field performance, superior customer service, and financial and operational results in our Environmental Solutions business.

Richard joined the company in 2013 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility across Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Development and Operations. Prior to Republic, he worked at Summit Materials as Director of Business Development and Strategy and was an investment banker focused on M&A at Evercore Partners.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
