Kirsten Horning

Kirsten Horning has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kirsten is currently the Managing Director of Republic Deal Room, where they provide access to investment opportunities for accredited investors. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at XRC Labs, focusing on retail and consumer goods innovations. Kirsten also served as an Operations Coordinator at Nexxus Holdings and as a Key Accounts Manager at Nomad Goods, where they significantly grew wholesale accounts. In addition, Kirsten worked as an Event Coordinator at Night Out, where they successfully increased ticket sales for non-profit events.

Kirsten Horning holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Business and Public Policy from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Kirsten also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global and International Studies & Linguistics, with a minor in Spanish, from UC Santa Barbara.
