Marta Fonseca

Marta Fonseca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people management and operations. Currently serving as Partner and Chief People Officer at Republica since January 2020, Marta has also held the role of Chief People Officer at Eugenia Talent Recruitment from November 2020 until May 2024. Throughout their career, Marta has been involved in various operational roles, including Head of Operations at YOURCODE and a creatura, as well as Head of Operations and Gestora de Projectos at BYD - Boost Your Digital. Marta's early experience includes positions in clinical psychology, having worked as a child psychologist at Clínica Medicinas Cascais and completed their academic internship at APAV. Marta holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário, obtained in 2014.
