Tyler Church has an extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Cashier/Associate at Dollar Tree Stores from July 2010 to May 2013. Tyler then worked as a Committee for Citizen Involvement Appointee at the City of Damascus from December 2011 to June 2013, facilitating communication between citizens and the City Council. From 2013 to 2014, Tyler served multiple roles at Lewis & Clark College, including Student Body Treasurer, overseeing the disbursement of student fees, and as the Socially Responsible Investment Fund Student Coordinator, researching and developing bylaws for the college's investment fund.

In 2014, Tyler joined the Republican National Committee as a Field Director, where they managed RNC Victory Offices and implemented political field operations, exceeding weekly voter contact goals and coordinating with local parties and campaigns.

Tyler then ventured into politics, working as a Field Director for Lindsey Graham 2016 from June to December 2015 and as the Data & Field Director for Bud Pierce for Governor from January to May 2016. Tyler further advanced their career at the Republican Party of Virginia as a Data Director from June to December 2016, before joining i360, llc as a Political Analyst from February to September 2017.

Since then, Tyler has been closely associated with the Republican National Committee, serving as the Regional Data Director from September 2017 to February 2019, then as the Director of Political Technology from February 2019 to May 2023, and currently as the Deputy Chief Data Officer, a role they have held since April 2023.

Tyler Church earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Lewis & Clark College, completing their education from 2010 to 2014.
