Alina Szober Morkin has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2002, they worked as a Strategic Account Planner at the adlib group. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a Marketing Manager at Bravado! Designs. In 2011, they joined CarProof Vehicle History Reports as a Senior Marketing Manager. From 2012 to 2012, Alina worked as an Instructor at Fanshawe College. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Marketing at Voices.com, where they were responsible for strategic planning and operational success. Alina led a data-driven marketing department and nurtured strong relationships with internal departments. Finally, in 2022, Alina joined Republix as the Head of Client Growth Strategy. Currently, they are also the Founder and Principal at Alina Morkin Strategic Advisory, a company they established in 2020.

Alina Szober Morkin pursued their education with a focus on business and marketing. Alina completed their Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1997 and 2001, specializing in marketing and minoring in psychology. In 2005, they furthered their educational journey at the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy.
