Chip Garate is the EVP, Global Customer Solutions. Chip is responsible for the Product, Data Science, and Technology operations teams. As a dedicated customer advocate, Chip has 20+ years of experience delivering industry-leading insights products, and solutions to Fortune 500 companies across various business verticals.This includesbuildingone of the first online behavioral consumer transaction collection systems in the market research industry.

In the past, Chip joined comScore during its start-up phase through its growth as the Industry leader in digital measurement, where he held senior leadership positions in information management, marketing solutions & analytics operations. At Luth Research, he was the Chief Data Officer responsible for data operations and product management. During his tenure at The Channel Company, he led the Research and Data organization.

Chip holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from George Mason University and e Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia.
