Ripon Kumar

Ripon Kumar has a strong background in industrial and production engineering, with experience at Nestle Bangladesh in various roles such as Project OSL, Senior Officer "Production", and Production Officer. Ripon has also worked at Meghna Group of Industries as a Technical Trainee Officer, focusing on Lean Manufacturing projects. Ripon has a Master's Degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from BUET and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka. Throughout their career, Ripon has demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of Lean practices.
