Amanda McKeen (She/Her)

I am the Operations Manager for Reputation Rhino, responsible for improving our systems, processes and best practices. I am always looking for practical ways to engage our team and to make the workplace more effective, efficient and enjoyable!

I am passionate about empowering others to live life to their full potential. My driving force is to be an excellent steward of my existence so I can be an agent of change and a creator of good things. I put high value on integrity and teamwork.

While my career began as a Health and PE teacher in Ecuador, I have been through a variety of roles, each providing an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships while sharpening a solutions-based mindset. I joined Reputation Rhino with over 10 years of experience in collaborating with individuals and teams from a variety of industries and cultures.

When I'm not working, you can find me hiking and mountain biking in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.
