Eric Gilbertsen has a long history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Eric began their career in 1999 as an Account Executive at Young & Rubicam, where they were responsible for the development and management of the Lincoln Mercury Dealer Association (LMDA) advertising and marketing efforts. In 2003, they moved to MullenLowe U.S. as an Account Supervisor, managing eleven Local Marketing Groups (LMG). After three years, they joined Brunner Digital as a Management Supervisor, responsible for growing clients' businesses through marketing and brand strategy. In 2009, they joined REQ as the Chief Client Officer, leading Client Service and delivering on the brand's promise. Throughout their career, they have developed strong client relationships and trust, provided strategic insights and ideas to impact dealer business, and driven their team to dig for creative solutions.

Eric Gilbertsen attended Ann Arbor Pioneer High School from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Diploma. Eric then went on to Miami University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Behavioral Economics & Psychology in Marketing from MINDWORX Academy.
