Laci (McCandless) Szabo

Laci (McCandless) Szabo has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 with United Health Group as a Sales Administrator and Implementation Consultant. In 2008, they held two positions, a Sales Operations Administrator with CIGNA Group Insurance and a Pilates Instructor with Fitness Formula Clubs. The following year, they were a Recruiting Consultant with Advantage Professional and a Sales Support Associate and Account Manager with Prudential Insurance. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Human Resource Coordinator with The Glover Park Group, and from 2015 to the present, they have held three roles with REQ, including Senior Vice President of People Operations, Vice President of People Operations, and Director of Human Capital.

Laci (McCandless) Szabo attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2000 to 2005, studying Marketing. In 2019, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
