Christine Brooks

Christine Brooks has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Christine currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at RESA Power, where they have implemented measures to enhance development planning and established an Apprentice and Mentorship program. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Human Resources at RESA Power, where they realigned staff, audited systems and compliance, and supported the integration of acquisitions and greenfield locations.

Before joining RESA Power, Christine held various leadership roles, including VP of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., Director of HR Operations and Shared Services at Fiserv, and VP of Human Resources at Maysteel LLC. Christine also served as the VP of Global Human Capital Management at HUSCO International and as the Director of HR at Hologic.

Earlier in their career, Christine worked as an HR Manager at GE Healthcare, Managing Human Resource Generalist at MetLife, Northern Division HR Manager at Duke Energy Field Services, and Employee Relations/Training Specialist at Duke Energy Field Services. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic HR support, organizational realignment, talent development, and HR operations.

Christine Brooks completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1991 and 1995. Christine then pursued further education at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree specializing in Employment Law and Mediation from 1995 to 1998.
