Alicia Monter

Alicia Monter serves as the Group CFO at Grupo Resansil since June 2020, overseeing general management of the area while supervising regional accounting and finance functions. Prior experience includes a role as Gerente de Administracion y Finanzas at Dentons, where management of accounting, treasury, cash flows, and administrative processes was emphasized. Previously, Alicia held the position of Gerente General at Aggreko International, leading operational and financial management across various departments and maintaining relationships with clients, banks, and suppliers. Experience also includes a significant tenure at J.P. Morgan as Supervisor de Servicios Generales y Contabilidad, managing general administration and accounting in Colombia, and an early role as Analista de Atencion al Cliente at OLTP Voice Systems. Alicia holds a Master in Digital Talent Management from Nuclio Digital School, an Advanced Management Program diploma from IESA, and a degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
