Les Parker

Les Parker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and community living within the disability services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Community Living & Process Excellence at ResCare Community Living since November 2018, Les manages all operational aspects and leads process improvement initiatives. Previously as Regional Director of Operations at ResCare, Les oversaw operations and compliance with strategic plans. Les's tenure at ResCare from September 2003 to November 2018 included roles as Executive Director for Residential Services in Washington and Administrator for Medicaid waiver programs in Central Texas. Earlier career experience includes positions as Mental Health Associate - Shift Leader at Cedar Crest Foundation and Behavioral Aide at Enterprise Professional Counseling Services. Les also served in the US Army, earning commendations for service. Les holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
