Heather Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was as a Business Operations Manager at Research Narrative, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing internal business administration and managing third party administrative and benefits providers. Prior to this, Heather owned and directed Charlotte Latin & Kizomba Dance, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills. Heather also worked as an Owner Operator at Liberty Tax Service and as a Broker & New Home Sales Consultant at Beckwith Homes. Additionally, Heather has experience as a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Apartment Homes TLC and as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise. Heather began their career as an Assistant for the Executive Director & Sales & Marketing Team at Water Environment Federation, where they compiled financial policies and assisted in product catalog compilation. Heather also has prior experience as a Student Entrepreneur at Elon ImproVibes Recording Label and as an Accounting Assistant at KPMG.
