Andrew Litch has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andrew started their career as a Research Assistant at the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Center (ACRC), University of Illinois, from September 1997 to August 1999. Andrew then joined Whirlpool Corporation as a Project Engineer in September 1999 and worked in various roles, including Senior Engineer from December 2003 to June 2006 and Lead Engineer from June 2006 to June 2018. Following that, they worked at Formlabs as a Thermal & Mechanical Process Engineer from June 2018 to January 2020. Andrew then moved to ITW as a Combustion & Fuel Systems Engineer from January 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they are working at Aprilaire as a Simulation Engineer from October 2021.

Andrew Litch received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire between 1993 and 1997. Andrew later went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 1999.
