Brandon Stephens has extensive work experience in various sales and business development roles. Brandon began their career in 2001 as a Territory Manager at Newell Rubbermaid, where they stayed until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Brandon worked as an Account Executive at Kohler Co., responsible for selling high-end plumbing products to residential construction markets in Arizona. Brandon then joined American Woodmark Corporation as a Regional Sales Rep, managing sales for special order products and exceeding yearly objectives. In 2016, Brandon joined Therma-Tru Doors as a Builder/R&R Manager, where they called on top home builders and contractors to promote Therma Tru Doors and Fypon Millwork Products. Currently, Brandon is working as a Business Development Specialist at Aprilaire, a Division of Research Products Corporation.

Brandon Stephens earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
