Adam Berger

Adam Berger is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, specializing in staffing solutions for government and commercial programs. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at RTI International since June 2022, Adam supports USAID programming across multiple technical areas including water, energy, and health. Previous roles include a Senior Recruiter at ICF and a Senior Operations Partner at Amentum, where Adam provided comprehensive staffing solutions for major clients such as the Department of Defense and NASA. Adam has also held various leadership positions at Amentum, managing recruitment teams and overseeing significant global recruitment efforts. Adam holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
