Alana Casciello, MPH, PSM I have a diverse range of work experience. Alana currently works as the Project Management Center of Excellence Lead at RTI International. In this role, they are responsible for leading the center's activities.

Alana Casciello, MPH, PSM I have an extensive education history. Alana obtained their High School Diploma from Thayer Academy in 2003. Alana then went on to earn a BA from The George Washington University in 2007, majoring in Spanish Language and Literature, Sociology, and Public Health and Health Services. In 2013, they completed their MPH degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences at Boston University School of Public Health. Alana also studied Liberal Arts at the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) Study Center/Universidad de Pablo de Olavide in 2006. Moreover, they expanded their knowledge by completing various certificate programs, including Project Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in 2015 and Scrum 101 and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2020. Alana further enhanced their skills with a certificate in Interpersonal Communication: Strategies for Executives from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2021 and a certificate in Lead 4 Success from the Eckerd College Leadership Development Institute in the same year. Alana has additional certifications in various fields such as health disparities, responsible conduct of research, conflicts of interest, TIPS certification, clarity tilt, the art of negotiation, fundamentals of management, communication in the 21st-century workplace, effective problem-solving and decision-making, and patient-centered medical home (PCMH) certified content expert.
