Karen Terminiello

Karen (Simons) Terminiello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, project management, and IT services across various organizations. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at RTI International, Karen has previously held significant roles, including Director of the Engineering Process Group at MediaMath and Consultant Program Manager at VCE (Dell EMC). Karen contributed to multiple large-scale projects, such as the development of the VCE Customer Configuration Center and SAS Grid Implementation at RTI International. With a strong foundation in IT quality assurance and process improvement established during a long tenure at Abt Associates, Karen has effectively implemented QA processes and IT service management frameworks. Karen holds an M.B.A. from Clarkson University and a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College.
