Stephanie Goins

Stephanie Goins has extensive work experience in talent development and organizational development. Stephanie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Talent Development at RTI International, where they started in December 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Global Talent and Organizational Development at RTI International from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining RTI International, Stephanie worked at Lenovo as a Certification Program Manager from January 2017 to May 2018. Stephanie also has experience as an Organizational Development Consultant at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) from August 2016 to January 2017.
