Maly Ohrenschall

Maly Ohrenschall, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in claims management and customer experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Claims at Reserv since June 2023, Maly drives strategy and oversight for claims operations. Previously, Maly held significant roles at Mighty as VP and Head of Client Experience, where leadership was demonstrated in building a customer experience organization, and at Getaround, managing community experience and insurance strategies. Maly's foundational experience at Uber and Liberty Mutual Insurance included overseeing global claims operations, driving process improvements, and leading substantial teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Maly holds a B.A. in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Bentley University, complemented by a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
