Elana Charlson

Elana Charlson is a Health Policy Associate at Reservoir Communications Group since February 2024, with previous experience as an Associate at Avalere Health and a Student Fellow at the Voter Empowerment Project, where technical assistance and research were provided to organizations mobilizing voters in historically disadvantaged communities. Elana served as a Research Assistant at the Development of Identities in Cultural Environments Lab, focusing on systematic literature reviews and qualitative research. Additional experience includes a Corporate Communications Internship at Morningstar, where reports were designed and blog content was developed, and a leadership role on the Hillel Student Executive Board, where marketing materials were created for community events. Elana began the professional journey as an intern at the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago, improving web design and coordinating events for new students. Elana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern University, attained in 2023.
