Steven O'Neil

Steven O'Neil is a Lead Product Designer at Reset Health, responsible for overseeing the product user experience, design system, and managing a team of senior product designers since November 2023. Previously, Steven served as Product Design Lead at Fresha, where the focus was on enhancing the appointment booking flow and optimizing user experience, and co-led the redesign of the B2C marketplace and the launch of Fresha’s first native mobile app. Steven also contributed significantly as a Product Designer at Reset Health, designing the Roczen platform MVP, and gained experience as Creative (UX/UI) Lead at Bow&Arrow, along with various freelance digital design roles at notable firms. Steven holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from Arts University Bournemouth.
