Michelle Tan

Michelle Tan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Human Capital Growth at ReLOG3P since May 2021, Michelle has previously held significant roles including Head of Human Resources at APM Terminals Asia Pacific Region, where leadership was provided across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific and key HR processes were developed and implemented. Prior to that, Michelle worked as a Manager/Assistant General Manager at APM Terminals and as a Senior Human Resources Executive at A.P. Moller - Maersk Singapore Pte Ltd, focusing on talent management and recruitment. Early career experience includes roles at Singapore General Hospital and teaching Chinese language at Deledda International School. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma City University and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Singapore Institute of Management.
